Summit
22 delegates got together representing Bay District Jr. YBA, Central Cal Jr's and Sr's, Northern Cal District YBL, Northwest District YBL, Southern District Jr. YBL, Southern District Sr. YBL, and WYBL.

There were Four Sessions of discussions covering 6 hours, delegates talked about what an ideal YBA would be to them, and what they hate about it right now. Session 2 tackled the most important problems that they deemed are facing the organization today. Breakout groups gave presentations on possible solutions to these issues.

Session 3 dealt with delegates' individual aspirations after Jr. YBA, and how current college kids have been attempting to stay active. Session 4 was an open forum for Advisors to give comments.
